Training 

Providing ministry skills training for preachers so they can prepare  Christ centred; doctrinally sound and prayerfully saturated sermons, and preach accurately. As well as teaching them to lead their people by exemplary life that models their own sermons.

Equipping

Preparing and supply  resources  that are necessary for a preacher to study the Bible in depth. we will do this by translating essential Bible study tools such as commentaries, Bible dictionaries, lexicons, concordances, Atlases,  Systematic theology books, Study Bibles and so on.

Connecting
Connecting preachers fraternally with each other for mutual encouragement and learning, resource sharing and accountability in doctrine and theology.
creating a movement of Bible believing preachers in the horn of Africa.
